Over ten years ago, we launched 100% U.S. based agile development services. Along this journey, we quickly realized our clients needed more. So we helped them transform from the traditional IT mindset to the product mindset with cross-functional product teams to accelerate their digital product strategy and development.

02 — BUYSIDE - DIRECTOR, PLATFORM GROWTH
As Director, Platform Growth, I am responsible for driving top line growth for Buyside's SaaS platform through demand generation and effective sales operations and management. Top line growth is measured by not only net-new customer acquisition, but also activation within existing audiences and driving expansion within current customers.
My responsibilities are ever-evolving but focus on all things awareness, acquisition, activation and retention within all of our customer segments.
03 — EBTH - DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER
As a liaison between our technology team and other departments within the organization, my focus revolves around identifying opportunities to optimize our user funnel, prioritizing growth experiments for testing and measuring the successes of those efforts by instrumenting a comprehensive attribution model that helps influence decisions.
While most of the work at EBTH is in lock-step with the marketing organization, I regularly interface with the Sales team to optimize their Salesforce experience, assisted with Customer Success on operational efficiency and other various groups to remove friction within any of the processes that they currently navigate through.
04 — APINation - HEAD OF GROWTH
Operating in the real estate technology space, APINation has positioned itself as a clear integration leader for both cutting edge brokerages and fresh, boots on the ground, agents. As a tool that makes it simple to connect the 40+ tools that every real estate professional uses to conduct business, APINation understands what it means to unlock growth within the customers they serve.
As the Head of Growth, my responsibilities were focused on all things instrumentation, modeling and deployment of high growth efforts. With a focus on digital growth, I was able to deploy social campaigns that reached a critical mass of real estate professionals desperate for solutions, manage a partner program that brought recurring value to the companies we partnered with and drum up net new business through strategic email programming that was actionable and insightful to our users.
05 — ASTRONOMER - DIRECTOR OF GROWTH EXPERIMENTATION
Astronomer is a data engineering platform that collects, processes and unifies your enterprise data, so you can get straight to analytics, data science and—more importantly—insights.
Having raised $6+ Million in venture capital, I was brought in to instrument and manage an experimentation team that focused on iterative growth through paid digital, lifecycle marketing, ABM strategy, funnel acceleration and more.
With a team of 5 we were able to reach 10x lead acquisition targets within 60 days and quickly turn our entire sales funnel into a well oiled machine that positioned the company to accelerate their path towards their MRR goals.
06 — DOTLOOP - MARKETING AUTOMATION STRATEGIST
During my 8 year tenure at dotloop (employee number 7) there were a wide range of responsibilities and influences I had within the organization. I was a critical asset pre-seed round funding, to and through our ultimate acquisition by Zillow Group.
Most notably, my primary focus was on ensuring that the systems we used as a marketing team were properly configured to deliver marketing materials to relevant audiences, route leads based on defined criteria, nurture prospective customers, generate demand in the marketplace and regularly report on the metrics associated with all marketing initiatives.
My experience with dotloop was ultimately what charted the course for my entire career and I am eternally grateful for every single person there.
07 — INMAN NEWS - GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
As the growth marketing manager my focus is on the core pillars that move the company forward. Most recently, my focus has been on subscriber growth, churn reduction, new product adoption and demand generation growth.
My role has a wide-spread impact but using our growth process allows us to quickly iterate on ideas and scale the business. I was a direct report to the COO and a key decision maker in anything related to measurable, iterative growth.

Built infrastructure that solved for proper attribution and LTV modeling that allowed the company to lean into what was the most viable path
